Water for all bodily functions is needed. Hydration is a must. We are working towards something not against something. We are working our body to a prime state to absorb and start the process of repair and growth. Let’s start kick the recovery, let’s give the body the nutrition and workout to relieve ourselves of the tension and fatigue. Let’s find balance, refuel, to get back stronger. If your weights are too light the muscle won’t break down. If it is not broken down, it won’t grow back stronger. Overload requires rest, take a day to rest per week. Create a plan that is highly effective for building strength. There are many mistakes being overlooked. If we want efficiency, we have to fix the mistakes and with consistency and commitment.
