How are you using your Energy? Is it Pumped Up or Depleted?

So many struggles with not having enough energy. We go, go, go, only stopping to sleep; some nod and get back at it. But it doesn’t have to be this way. You just have to make a few changes to get that real boost of energy. You can have energy all-day, there are ways that will keep you pumped up. Exercise is the ultimate invigorator. Exercise will increase your energy; it enhances blood flow to large muscles that leave you with more energy than you had before. The effects last for hours after word. Making sure you have the proper vitamin intake; Deficiencies bring on depletion of energy. Taking breaks from work helps. There is a lot to say about managing your time, we also have to pay more attention to managing our energy. We are not meant to operate continuously; We are design to move rhythmically between the frequencies. We need the wisdom to know that our bodies have limitations. We burn up our energy but keep on going on empty.

We become bankrupt, not depositing anything in to revive our energy. We can manage our energy, by doing things in a better way. There is such a thing as rest and recovery, proper nourishment and exercise. The natural factors, in our bodies tells us when something needs to change but we ignore the cry. We have to acknowledge when our bodies are crying out for change and make the necessary changes. As we work hard at our influencing, productivity, our daily jobs/careers. We also need to work hard at replenishing our energy. don’t say you don’t have enough time; we all have the same number of hours in a day. We just need to do some rearranging. Stop letting life take all the energy from you. Whatever is draining you step back and take a moment for yourself. Surround yourself with something calm and soothing, relaxing. Breath in breath out, put away the to do list. Don’t ignore the cry of your body needing that energy. pay attention, face the issue and take action. Get centered in what you can do to reboot your energy. Take the steps to make different outcomes rather than steps that sap your energy.

Think about feeling pumped up full of energy, not dreading to even move out of the bed. Find out what excites you and create a clear goal towards those passions. As Anthony Robbins said, ” the higher your energy level, the more efficient your body. The more efficient your body, the better you feel and the more you will use your talent to produce outstanding results.” Get focused, get centered and power up the energy, not stay depleted.

My name is Daphne Mills, writing was something I did all the time. Not realizing that it was going to turn into this moment. As a person who loves God, I decided to step out on faith. I am glad I did, because that step brought me to Milo first one of a series. And this platform Grieving: Together We Rise. Come join me on this journey seeing where it's going to lead. I learned with a new outlook everything will become beautiful in its own timing. With a little change in the way we see things it can bring about wonderful things.
