Complaining

“This is something I don’t do. I learn a long time ago That it will get you nowhere. I rather be going somewhere than to not be moving because of complaining.”

Things Differently

I could get up earlier to accomplish more of the tasked that I have to do. Prepare my meals ahead of time. This could relieve me of some time. Do what I can do, verses digging down and trying to do everything in one day.

Playtime!

Playtime for me: When I go hard and do my exercise. Lifting weights, Cardio, Aerobics, Cycling. My whole day be playtime when I finish my workout.

In The Moment

I spend my time thinking about what is going on in the moment. It is nothing I can do about the past but learn from it, and the future all I can do is prepare for it.
