Effective breathing is steady and controlled. Expanding with each inhale, and contracts on each exhale. God breath life in man when he created him in the time pf creation. The breath turned what was lifeless into a living creature. It is only in Jesus we live, move and have our being. It is in our recognition that we need this breath of life. Every breath we take sleep or awake, our lives was initiated by the first breath to Adam in the garden of Eden. When God gave Adam his first breath, he shaped man with the power of his presences. He gave of his spirit. That breath was an impartation of himself.
The first Adam inhaled the first breath, the breath of life. And Jesus the second Adam when he breath out his last exhale, All humanity was given a second breath by God. So whosoever will, come to receive of the second breath of life. The third breath of life is the Holy Spirit, it is the breath of eternal life. John 20:22 says, “Receive the Holy Spirit.” Only the Holy Spirit gives new life. So just as you need oxygen to live, where the Spirit of the Lord is there’s freedom (Corinthians 3:17).
