Many Things Can Come And Cloud Our Minds

Many things can come and cloud our minds. We start to feel drained and unable to concentrate. Our thoughts will have an impact on the way we feel. These feelings can affect the way we navigate in life. We must learn to clear our head. What comes in we must choose what stays and what must go. Let’s take a look at some scriptures that can help us make it through when this happens:

“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. When you renew your mind to the fact that your thoughts matter, you will begin to detox your brain, and switch over from fear, worry and anger to power, love and a sound mind. Begin today to be intentional about paying attention to every single thought that comes into your mind. Keep the good, take the bad captive, and keep your mind fixed on God. Your life and faith will go to a new level!

My name is Daphne Mills, writing was something I did all the time. Not realizing that it was going to turn into this moment. As a person who loves God, I decided to step out on faith. I am glad I did, because that step brought me to Milo first one of a series. And this platform Grieving: Together We Rise. Come join me on this journey seeing where it's going to lead. I learned with a new outlook everything will become beautiful in its own timing. With a little change in the way we see things it can bring about wonderful things.
